Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will act on the following issues:
- Approval of the income statement and balance sheet
- Allocation of the company’s profit and loss
- Discharge from liability of the Board members and CEO
- Election of Board members, Board chairman, and auditors
- Approval of remuneration to the Board and auditors
