Loomis AB applies for listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
As previously announced, Loomis AB (publ) (”Loomis”) has applied for listing of the company’s shares of series B on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Provided that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Securitas AB (”Securitas”) on December 3, 2008 resolves to distribute the shares in Loomis to Securitas’ shareholders, the first day of trading in the Loomis shares of series B is expected to be on December 9, 2008.
