Training & Development

Loomis is committed to the training and development of all staff. We have a range of crew, supervisory and management training courses that are specific to the jobs within the Company.

Our Training team consists of highly qualified Management Trainers as well as Regional Operational Trainers who deliver all training from our fully equipped training centres throughout the country.

We also use external consultants for certain specialised training programmes.

Training Available for Crew

It is compulsory for all Cash In Transit Drivers and Vault Operatives to attend a 4 day company induction programme regulated by SITO. The course will focus on providing information about working in the cash industry and nurturing the relevant skills required to perform the job.

Ongoing refresher training is provided through your career together with any training required by the introduction of new technology.
