Loomis' Annual and Sustainability Report includes a separate report on corporate governance.  The Corporate Governance Report provides an overview of how the Swedish Corporate Governance Code was applied during the financial year and whether there were any deviations from the Code. 

The Company's external auditors have reviewed this report and an auditor's statement is included in the report.
