Sustainable governance and compliance

Being the reliable partner that customers expect every day requires Loomis' 25,000 employees to maintain high standards of integrity. In a business based on trust, Loomis needs to ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements, but also from a business ethics perspective.

In addition to the safety routines that the employees must follow, Loomis  also has a Code of Conduct and an Anti-Bribery Policy in place to prevent corruption and bribery. These apply to all of Loomis employees and to ensure compliance, they all complete frequent training. All employees have an opportunity and a duty to report suspected unethical behavior to the anonymous whistleblower system.

An ethical approach
Integrity is a central aspect of Loomis' corporate culture and is key to maintaining an ethical approach throughout the company at all levels and in all markets. Integrity is an essential factor in retaining customer trust and confidence in us, and for our ability to deliver profitable services. Loomis therefore has zero tolerance for unethical behavior and this requires our employees to have the highest standards of integrity.

Guidance and training
The Code of Conduct is our main tool for putting Loomis' ethical approach into practice. Compliance with the Code is mandatory for all employees. The purpose of the Code is to guide Loomis' employees in ethical behavior and how to act in dealings with external partners. The Code includes a description of Loomis' core values, how employees are to act in their interactions with customers and how corruption is prevented. All employees complete the Code of Conduct training when they begin their employment and undergo mandatory, annual training to ensure that preventive efforts continue on an ongoing basis. Completion of the training is a criteria for receiving variable remuneration for the employees who are covered by this pay model.

Integrity Line

Our business and workplace are based on trust; the trust we build with our customers and between ourselves as colleagues. If you see or experience something that you know or suspect is in serious breach of our policies and procedures, support is always available.

With the Loomis Integrity Line you are able to raise a concern through your Country Executive Team or Loomis Group Management, located at our International Headquarters in Sweden. We guarantee anonymity and that no retaliation will occur for raising a concern.

Financial crime prevention

Loomis works continually on improving its ability to prevent financial crimes. One of the key ways this is done is through constant development and improvement of implemented routines, processes and system support. An important aspect of preventive work is the employees remaining watchful. Loomis has a group-wide policy to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. The Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Anti-Terrorism Financing Policy are established by the Board and updated annually. Combined with clearly defined internal rules, processes, cooperation and support functions, Loomis is well-equipped to prevent the Company from being used as a tool for financial crime.
